When an AI decides who gets a loan, who gets parole, or which resume gets noticed, who decides what is the right choice? These decisions shape lives, yet they are made by systems trained on our own flawed data.
AI ethics is the study of how we build and use artificial intelligence fairly. It asks whether AI respects human rights, whether it is transparent, and whether it harms some groups more than others. These questions matter because AI influences real people's futures.
You do not need to be a developer to care about AI ethics. Every time you question an AI output, report bias, or demand transparency, you are part of making AI more ethical.
